Usually, it's not very important. The I-130 is used for other cases where such information is more important. For a spouse visa, not so much.

I am a little confused about your answer, thank you so much for answering by the way.im not sure what you meant did you mean that the fact that we are Marred front loading our petition is not as important, as if we where not marred.thanks again.I have alot of information to prove that our union is bona fide.i was planning on bringing it to the interview.Do you think they will send an RFE for more information.Thank you so much..

Whether front loading is advised is case dependent. Newlyweds usually don't have much in the way of evidence of bona fides to include. The list of, "in addition to the required" (read NOT required) evidence is primarily for people using the I-130 as part of an adjustment of status from within the US or couples living together abroad. Newlyweds and most visa cases where the couple is not yet living together provide their evidence of bona fide relationship at the interview.

Is there something about your case that makes you think you needed extra evidence at the petition stage? If not, leave it to your lawyer. I doubt it's his first rodeo.

Thanks again you are making me feel so much better thank you thank you!No there isnt a reason i think i need more evidence for the petition we have a strait forward case never have been married before and no criminal record.I just got worried reading about everyone front loading.I just want to do all i can to help our case. And you are right my lawyer has been doing this for probably 20 years not his first rodeo hahaha.my wife will be on my insurance plan at the 1st of December, and we do have allot of pictures from our wedding and the first two visits.i will be going back for the 3rd visit for Christmas and new years. So we will have all those pictures as well. And i am saving everything phone bill email chats receipts boarding passes ext.you are great thanks for calming my mined this is hard and we are so in love.but people like you are making it easier!one more question when you have the time, now that i am getting all the bona fides to gather how should i categorize them. it is so much stuff,i have been organizing it all and labeling.but it seams so vast and i want it to be easy at the interview to see all the info.Thank you so much again now i wont be smoking cigerets nervously.haha i have to quite before i visit my wife for the holidays!get back to me if you have the time you have done allot for me already thanks trumpetfire.

The same thing happened to me. I got married July and sent my petition in October without any proof because it didn't say required. I freaked out of course, once I read how others sent proof and was worried about getting an RFE. I'm not so worried now, and even if we do get an RFE, I had proof from the beginning, I just didn't send it in because I thought it was required during the interview. If I get an RFE I'm ready for them!
