hell yeam, USCIS should have the information of who is a citizen-alien-resident-illegal.. they just can't pick someone hey lets deport him.. but what if he's a citizen. ahh doesn't matter..

And just as disturbing

Last week, a federal judge scolded prosecutors for the mistake and ruled that Perez never should have been deported to the Dominican Republic in the first place.

So we have federal prosecutors fighting to keep a innocent man in custody, knowing full well he is innocent, apparently so intent on upholding their decision, that truth, justice and the life of an innocent man no longer mattered.....and they were ...scolded for it.

When they become more intent on forcing their decisions, than justice at the expense of human life they should be removed from service for good, not just scolded. Although they are prosecutors and their job is to attept to prove guilt, they are also representitives of the court itself and are charged with upholding justice and fair treatment in our courts. And if members of the judicial system can't be trusted to uphold justice than we can't trust our judicial system. As such they should be removed from service permanently.
