I'm adjusting status and arrived in the US on 9-24-10 by K-1. When filling out the I-765 form I chose C9 instead of A6 on line 16 for my eligibility catagory. I sent it yesterday and just realized the mistake today. Do you think I will get an RFE?

K-1 JOURNEY

5-12-10 NOA2 Sent to NVC

c9 is the correct thing to use if you filed concurrently with your adjustment.

c9 is the one you use if you are an adjustment applicant and results in an EAD good for 1 year (or for as long as you AOS is pending) and can be renewed if your AOS is not completed before it expires.

a6 is for K-1 entrants, but it is good only as long as the I-94 (max 90 days) and cannot be renewed.

K-1:

January 28, 2009: NOA1

June 4, 2009: Interview - APPROVED!!!

October 11, 2009: Wedding

AOS:

December 23, 2009: NOA1!

January 22, 2010: Bogus RFE corrected through congressional inquiry "EAD waiting on biometrics only" Read about it here.

March 15, 2010: AOS interview - RFE for I-693 vaccination supplement - CS signed part 6!

March 27, 2010: Green Card recieved

ROC:

March 1, 2012: Mailed ROC package

March 7, 2012: Tracking says "notice left"...after a phone call to post office.

Agree with the previous poster. You put the correct category. You will not get an RFE.
