I saw the fee list on the embassy site. It went up to 420 dollars to file I-130 after nov 23, 2010. I was wondering what the costs of filing ds-230 are after nov 23,2010?

Immigration visa cost is currently 404 dollars

The DS-230, Visa Application, increased to 404 earlier this year, and the AOS fee, increased to 88 also, earlier this year

IF you are a 'true DCF casetype' - there is no AOS fee.

The new fees are only for USCIS forms. The DS-230 is a Department of State form, so it won't be affected by the November 23rd fee increase. It will still be $404.
