Yes you have to download a new form I-864

I wonder what have you sent them in the first time that they did not accept ?

So was it the IRS tax transcripts that you didn't send in? What was it that you sent to them?

Or did you just forget to fill it in the year and total income on the I-864?

More input need:

1) Did you send 2009 tax transcripts?

2) Did you fill the tax numbers properly in I-864?

It could be NVC misplacement too - Did you write NVC Case# on every page of the documents that you sent?

well from the letter without anymore info,

You need to download the new I-864 and send the transcript for your 2009 taxes.

The I-864 on the USCIS site is dated 10-31-2010. They haven't updated it yet.

but it is still good by the version date of 07 if you read the USCIS site. The expiration date has nothing to do with it at this point. I also know that when you click the link in the payment portal you may get the newest version that is not directly on the USCIS site...IIRC it goes through the DOS site. This happened when I was going through the NVC and they updated the DS-230. Nothing actually changed on the form at that time, but it was all fillable with adobe..I think a couple of the cells were linked so you didnt have to type stuff twice.

guys = in submitting rfe at nvc...do i need to include the whole package of checklist letter or just the barcoded cover letter and the missing documents?? pls reply tnx
