Acceptance email received 3 times?

Hey guys!

We've received 3 email saying that our petition was accepted (yay!) and is being routed to NBC. The emails (which are all saying the same thing, except for the the first who's a bit more detailed) give us three different Receipt Numbers and do not really say which number is for which form.

Now, should I make a USCIS account with those three numbers or wait until I receive the hard copies?

Is it an error to receive three different numbers?

And, are those emails basically our NOA1?

Yep, the emails are your NOA1s. Your application was good enough to be accepted for initial review! You will get hard copies in a week or so.

The three numbers are your applications, 130, 485, and 765. I assume you didn't apply for AP because of your overstay. You can make an account with those numbers if you want. No need to wait for the hard copies. It should say in the email what the applications are by their number. If not, it will say when you either make an account or just input in the case number in the update screen. As you know, if you make an account you will be able to see the touches. Hey, now you are back in a legal period of stay! Sweet!

yay! wow that was a quick one! I received 4 emails and texts because I have 4 applications. Did you apply for AP or EAD? if you did NOT apply one of those, your 3 notifications shouldn't be an error.

Normally they let you wait to get the Hard copy before you can check the USCIS website, but you can go ahead and add the numbers to your portfolio! I think it's automatic and would tell you which is which.. I dont remember.. Anyway, Congrats on your NOA! wishing you all the best and hoping for a smooth transition on your application! Biometrics should be on the way! cheers

Thank you very much! I was just thinking the same! They picked up my package on Sunday night at around 10pm. They're getting quicker!

And no, didn't have AP, not with the overstay.

Ah Kitty, I just remembered that there is often delay in those numbers, so if you put your numbers in now, it MAY say "application not found" or something. I thought I might warn you to save you some headache! If it does, may have to wait a few days, but that system is pretty unreliable so don't obsess too much

I've a question. I've seen in so many signatures for examples I-485: 12/12 TOUCHED ...

What do you mean by TOUCHED ? Can anyone of you explain it to me ?
