Hi guys,

Can any one advise me what happens to my EAD petition and AP petition (which are still in initial review) now my card production has been ordered for my AOS?

I am sure I read some where that they get declined and that I shouldn't panic when they do because it is because the Green Card tops them and they are no longer required but I can't find where I read it.

Thanks in advance

you MAY receive a "denied" letter for the EAD and AP, and you might never hear anything. In either event it's nothing to worry about, you can just let them die on their own because the GC overrides them all :)

congrats on the GC
