guys....another UPDATES...accdng to AVR...''the checklist letter response recieved on NOV 8..'' but we havn't recieved any checklist letter how come they recieved a response???? rediculous...guys help me again..

IR1...JOURNEY TO NVC...

10/04/2010: Case# received, Both email id provided

10/05/2010: DS-3032 COA emailed to NVC

10/11/2010: IIN received

10/11/2010: I-864 AOS review fee ($88) online payment

10/13/2010: I-864 AOS status 'PAID'

10/16/2010: AOS package mailed out

10/16/2010: ds3032 accepted

10/17/2010: DS-230 IV fee ($404)...online payment..-in process

10/18/2010: I-864 AOS package delivery

10/21/2010: I-864 AOS package completion

10/19/2010: DS-230 IV status 'PAID',

10/20/2010: DS-230 IV package mailed out

10/22/2010: DS-230 IV package delivery

10/26/2010: AOS and ds230 enter to their system and under review

10/28/2010: NBI reciv at NVC mailing room.. track and confirmed by USPS

11/02/2010: NVC recieved my NBI and enter to their system/ operator said allow 2-4 weeks for the review

11/05/2010: RFE- AOS 2009 IRS tax...missing...(even if we included d 2007,2008,2009 irs tax) careless NVC,

11/13/2010: ds230 accepted no RFE..tnx GOD..

11/14/2010: checklist letter recieved

11/15/2010: RFE sent to NVC

11/16/2010: NVC recieved our RFE

11/30/2010: RFE enter to their system

12/02/2010: SIF

12/03/2010: case complete

12/07/2010: MEDICAL @ st.lukes PASSED!!!!

01/06/2010: interview date 6;30 am

01/12/2010: VISA ON HAND...

01/19/2010: flight POE ( DETROIT )

Got RFE from NVC on Nov. 6, 2010 for the marriage certificate no looking as original as they want it to look.

It may just be that they are looking into your case as I am sure you have called and talked to someone? Call NVC back and talk to a human! :)

That's strange. Did you send them your original marriage certificate? Or was it NSO certified copy marriage certificate?

I know NVC accepts NSO certified documents (birth certificate, marriage certificate, cenomar).

It was the NSO certified copy but they say it doesn't look like it to the first reviewer. I have called and gotten the supervisor review for it(second eyeball test). But have sent another one in the mail to them as well.

Really strange. According to Preferred Documents in Philippines Reciprocity Schedule, "Documents issued by the National Statistics Office (NSO) and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) are preferred."

Anyway, I hope they won't issue you an RFE on this one. Good luck and keep us posted! :thumbs:

I got an RFE from the NVC for "Original Birth Certificate", "Original Marriage Certificate" and "DS-2019 from Prior VISA"

I guess the certified copies weren't good enough for the birth cert and marriage cert, and Wife had to dig up a DS-2019 from 2004/2008.

Now all those docs have been at the NVC for 2 weeks. no AVR update, no trace of NVC doing anything except for my FedEX delivery confirmation.

They sure are taking their sweet sweet time with this.

USCIS

11 Mar, 2010: Submit I-130 Package to USCIS (Hired Immigration Lawyer)

22 Mar, 2010: Received by USCIS

30 Mar, 2010: Received NOA1

30 Jul, 2010: Received NOA2

NVC

19 Aug, 2010: AOS & IV fee payment processed

29 Sep, 2010: DS-230/I-864 Entered into NVC System.

19 Oct, 2010: RFE (Beneficiary's Original Birth Cert, Original Marriage Cert, DS-2019 from previous J1 VISA)

At the USCIS stage I also received a RFE due to the IMBRA legislation. They requested the court documents of the original charge and the disposition. All of the paperwork was a total of 6 pages in which the records were expunged by the district judge handling the case. It took USCIS total of about 110 days to read 6 pages and arrive at a decision. After the attorney finally contacted the CSC directly did we get an approval. As of now we are at the NVC process now since Sept 30. :yes:

I got an RFE several days ago, and I am getting ready to send the paperwork requested. I do have a question though. The NVC requested further documentation from both my co-sponsor and I. From me they requested a recent pay stub. Part of the RFE reads like this: In order to make corrections you will need to download a new form at www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov. You will need to complete and submit a new form with the changes noted below. Really?? Both my co-sponsor and I have to submit new I-864s? :wacko:

Please met me know that this is true and necessary.
