yeah..i didn't signed the G325A(I'm the beneficiary)that's why we got an rfe. and for the passport i think it's really required to submit a copy of it. cuz i've read it on i130 packet ...

i just noticed you did DCF ... i'm not familiar with that so perhaps package requirement is different

for those doing a K-3 or K-1 and worrying about G325A signatures... this is from 2005

http://www.uscis.gov...325A_110105.pdf

personally i would think if they dont require the g325a signed for i-129f for beneficiary till interview and will acccept the signature on i-129f as g325a signature for the g325a then why they wouldnt for i-130

I figure if the media does their job properly, they are researching my email, the VJ links I provided and my screen name to see what they can dig up, may take a few days.

lol media isnt journalism any longer, i truly dont believe they research anything, just get the hot mess in front of the camera fast, find out the facts later :P

perfect example, that 'lady' who fell in mall fountain while texting ... i saw that ONCE on tv and was like "look at the video!! she is lifting her left leg like she's expecting a fall, she planned that", then later in the "interview" she says she's a mall employee (red flag) and that is skipped over quickly.

what's the odds someone is going to be video'd doing something embarrassing, it will end up on youtube by the hand of a stranger and by next morning you know about it even though you are not recognizable... then talk of lawsuit .... ummmm hmmm. scammer

next day after some fact checking, she's a 4x fraud, 1x id thief of a follow emploee :P big surprise

they dont want real news... remember the huey lewis and the news 80s song?

they just want drama and craziness, or blood and gore

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

Good Morning all!

Approvals today at the speed of light? USCIS offers mass apology to the forgotten 36,000, and gives them green cards without need for consulate interview?

My, I had a great dream....

It's Tuesday - another day which seems to be a "non-approval day".

I'm holding hope out for Wednesday & Friday....headbonk.gif

Ok so is there anyone that got an expedite approval letter and they did actually expedited their approval or all of you that got an expedite... no approvals yet!

There are a few of us that have been approved for expedite for a very long time. The only person I know who has been approved, and who had an expedite was Jellybelly last Friday. I think Ron was approved for expedite, and he managed to force his approval through yesterday. Clearly the approval of expedite means nothing.

People.... if you go to other forums... people from CSC are getting approval left and right.... ughhhhhhh this is killing me. I am past the six months mark and nothing!!

That's just too heart wrenching. I don't want to know. Fairness is everything in life for me, and this just 'aint fair.

Using VJ timeline search function I counted 67 cases with NOA2 dates after 2010-09-01 who have been approved.

It's all pretty sickening isn't it. I am sure there aren't 67 case approvals in June, July & August.

Well, they DID say they transferred our cases IN ORDER TO SPEED PROCESSING TIMES.

This is a paid for service, and there seems no recourse. Has anyone had any response from the Ombudsman yet?

Some news: I just got off the phone with a Tier 2 person at USCIS...

They are now informing everyone that ALL petitions that were transferred from California to the Texas Service Center are "on hold" for 60 days beyond normal processing times. She explained that the average total time for our group will be 7 months. She seemed very aware that this was affecting a select group (namely us). No further explanation was provided.

I asked to have my petition transferred to another service center and was denied. I am calling my Congressman as I write this.
