that's weird.. application fee is in the packet right? u mentioned they lost the 1st petition in 2009?What happened to the expedition request? you could have been granted since it was their fault.. uhmmm ya need to be pushy girl.. give them a call again and explain your situation! Good LUCK!

same thing happen to me too i never got my no1, but my fiance call uscis afther 3 week and they give him the case number over the phone,with that number i register online to follow the case progress,so trying to call again and ask for you case number.

Did the petitioner write a personal check, did they cash the check? this is the best way to know if they have the case. If used a money order he can call the bank or issuaing agency to find out if it was cashed. if not, then they probably didn't receive the packet, and if they didn't receive it something could be wrong with how your petitioner mailed it. Was it mailed certified? can check with the post office if the packet was delivered.

They don't need 3 months to send you a NOA1 Notice of Receipt, you get that in 1 - 3 weeks tops. My feeling is the packet is lost somewhere... :(

Hello Guys,

Thank u so much for all ur concerned, its my pleasure...so lucky...and thank u so much for sharing and giving us an advices...my petitioner informed them on what had happened to our first filed last 2009, but still nothing a good news, and he try to ask for a receipt but they will only say we will just wait the notice, but how come othere can tell it on phone? thats the only thing that i wondering why they make it fair? others can ask it right away but what happened to us? my petitioner keep on asking it but still keep telling him that to wait when the right time for us it will arrived?i dont know, and i want to help my petitioner but how? i wish i can contact the uscis but i dont think so they will entertain me? i am just the benificiary and living here in the phils...Once again guys thank u so much for the support and advises..Godbless guys...

March 13,2012 = I-129F Mailed to Dallas,texas

March 15,2012 = received email from USCIS,that they got the packet

March 20,2012 = received email from USCIS for our NOA1,and they routed to VSC

June 28, 2012 = touch

October 03,2012 = F received RFE via text
