NVC Filers - For NOVEMBER

Hello NVC filers Nov. Hope everything is going smoothly for you all. But sitting here waiting again. Nvc has recieved evrything on Nov 12th..(payments and IV pack) ..What do you all think I can exspect now as far as getting an interview date..??B-)

And also I don't think I'm needed here in the States anymore so I guess I can know go to the Philippines and wait my wife's interview right??

I'm thinking you can try and call the USEM in Manila to schedule an earlier one. K-1 applicants schedule with USEM, while IR-1 applicants rely on NVC to schedule. :unsure:

And also I don't think I'm needed here in the States anymore so I guess I can know go to the Philippines and wait my wife's interview right??

Hopefully, NVC doesn't need anything else from you. If you do go to Philippines now, remember to bring copies (and maybe some originals) of the documents you sent them. It would be a shame if USEM requested documents from you at the interview.

I wouldn't think there would be any time expiry/restrictions for translations...what could possibly change? I'm sure someone else will share their experience but IMO you should be okay.

The police certificate would be a different issue for sure but for birth certificate or marriage certificate you should be fine. :)
