A reaffirmed petition is harder to deny so there is less chance of failure. However that doesn't mean that the embassy can't try to dig up dirt to use to deny ( the only path to denial now is theoreticaly discovery of new facts ) Being there would show your support of the petition but it is never required unless specifically requested

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

I would say being there for a re-confirmed case would be good. You have some time to plan which is good.

Make sure you have all of the old evidence and LOTS of NEW evidence as well. Showing that things are still on-going.

Hope someone can give you answers of what they might ask- but I am sure it will be a lot of the same questions as the last time...

Oh I see, I think I read this some where before.I pray they approve me straight forward. Anyway,I'm the beneficiary,I thought its much required for my husbvand(petitioner) to come with me to the interview. Thanks for the reply.

Good luck! As the American petitioner for our case, I attended the interview with my wife and was glad that I attended for a denial was definitely in the picture. Although, they tried to let me attend, I stated that it was necessary for me to be there and was let into the embassy. If you think that issues might arise that would cause concern, try and attend...
