Embassy Review : I went for my interview on jan 21 2010 at 7:r0 at the Us embassy accra.I was called for the first time to submit my document, again I was called and was asked some few questions like who filed for me and if my husby has visited ghana before.later on I was called and my finger prints were taken,I waited for about 3hours after fingerprinting before a consular officer called my name. The whole interview took like 15mins,the officer asked if my husband has been to ghana and how many times, how we met, what he does for a living and his address. He asked one questions which I couldn't answer,he mentioned a guys name and asked if I know who that was,I said no and he said the guy is my husby's neighbour. He also asked me why my husband divrced three times,I gave him reasons behind his divorce and he said why did my husband chose to marry someone from ghana when there are lot of women in the states. He also told me that thinks that I will leave my husband when I get to the states and also our marriage is fraud.I was like wtf!He then issued me form 221g and told me that my file will be sent back to Uscis for review.I felt like crying my ass out...I went home and called my husby,I shed tears on the phone.Later he called his lawyer and contacted some congressmen. His lawyer later filed a writ of nmandamus so the Uscis reaffirmed my case faster and I now have a new interview coming next year march 28.
Rating : Very Poor
