I-130 Approved

After five months finally we got our approval I-130 for my daughter who is 7 years old.

Anyone who filed in May will get their notices pretty soon.

P.S. On the notice it says that NVC will contact beneficiary for further processing. As far as I remember they notify petitioner too ,right? Hope we will hear from NVC soon

congratulations but i wanna you tell us here what kind of questions that the consular will aske the girl as my sons in same age and i just wanna know what kind of questions they may aske to young kids thanks, im may 2 but didnt get the approve yet

I don't know anything about the questions. I am curious too. If someone who has experience in this field will " educate" us would be great

someone recently was in interview with the embassy told me that they aske the mumm to rest and aske her littel girl about her name, school, and than if she love her dad ,last time she saw him, would u like to go to the states, does he bring u toys on his back ,going outside ,where ...etc

While USCIS proceessing your case,Do you change your address ?

Yes, we changed our address while USCIS was processing our case. I changed it online. then I called USCIS and made sure that it was updated. Pretty soon we got the letter from USCIS that they have updated the address. We got approval in the new address too.

Wow! that is great news , i don tknow that you can call the NVC and ask about te case number. What is the number? and what did you ask?

The number is given in the approval notice. You dial that number and follow instructions. It is easy, you need to put your WAC number and then the machine will tell you if they assigned the case number or not.
