well i went to get an inteview date but she ended up interviewing me about my current and previous marriage she said the reason my case was transfered to a local office was because it was less than 5yr i got my green card, so i gave her pics and affidavide from friends and family and i gave her phone bills and every thing she asked for, i went prepe and she said my immigration file was at the national benefit center for my citizenship as soon as they get it back i will get a deceition in the mail so yesterday got an email that the case has been reopen from their previous deceition and today it says post decition activity, is this good news?

Topic moved from Bringing Family Members of Permanent Residents to the US to US Citizenship Discussion forum as question seems to relate to a Naturalization interview decision

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Post decision activity means they are doing whatever they do after they make their decision. That would include sending you notice of the decision and if the decision is positive setting you up for your oath ( assuming it is about your naturalization) or telling moving your case forward if it is about your husband. Good luck on both causes.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Maybe the person you talked to the other day is adding noted to the file for your husband. It may not really be "post" decision but just be checked out for update. You husband hasn't had his interview so it can't really be post decision activity. Did you get your USC yet ?
