I think that's just a general response on the last step, steps that are found in USCIS when you use their Case Status Online to check the progress of your petition:

1. Acceptance

2. Initial Review

3. Request for Evidence

4. Request for Evidence Response Review

5. Testing and Interview

6. Decision

7. Post Decision Activity

8. Oath Ceremony

9. (and last) Card/Document Production

So I guess that's an Approval...

When I check the status of my case online I get the following:

On September 10, 2010, your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was processed and mailed to the address on record. If you have not received it within 30 days of September 10, 2010, contact customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move while your case is pending, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

and since I am no longer in the US my family has been calling and told them that I have not received anything...so till now I have not received anything!

I'm confused what does this mean? and where am I in the process of receiving my greencard? and how much longer is it gonna take?

thank you I would appreciate any kind of feedback!!

Seems like it would be an approved case to me. Would be best to contact uscis to confirm. If yes then let them know nothing was received. Then again may not be since the nvc did not contact u telling u this.
