What did your Embassy say was required? Each Embassy is completely different. I have seen that some of the Embassies require the new DS-160 form (Canada from recent posts), others require the DS-156K and DS-157 to be filled along with the DS-156. Go to this link: http://evisaforms.state.gov/ and enter the information into the form and then print it out so you have the barcode printed on the form and make certain you get the correct number of copies required also.

Hope this helps.

Dave

Hi there !

My case just got approved and my fiance is schedule to have interview in OCT 28, 2010. Here is a link and I am sure it will help you alot. My advise is, try to have all the forms complete and send them to your fiance by mail ASAP so you dont have any delays in your process.

Good luck to you !
