Alright, so I got my K1 Medical Exam done by a Panel Physician at the end of April this year, I Filed For my Adjustment of Status, Employment Authorization, and Travel Document. Now I have a letter for my interview at the end of the month that says to bring form I-693 as well as all my other paperwork. I don't know if I have a DS-3025 as I have to still go through my paperwork. My question is, do I still have to file form I-693? I don't see why I have to redo my medical that was done only four months ago.

when you got your medical in April you didn't get a copy (forms ds-3025)? You don´t need redo the medicals if you have that form, you need to contact a civil surgeon to transcribe the results and fill the I-693 form without a full medical exam again.

The key words in that interview letter are "Unless already submitted" You have already submitted a medical report, so you don't need to go around trying to get a new one for hundreds of dollars.

In the worst case, you might get RFE'd at the interview. Speaking from experience here, if there is any problem, an RFE at the interview is not that big of a deal, PLUS you'll get to ask any questions and get really clear on what needs to be done.

*** not a K-1 visa question - moving to AOS forum ***

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
