-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

She sent me some documents which I should get on Wednesday or Thursday. However, still have to wait for IV bill to show up as paid so she can go and try to get Passport office clearance. :(

Hello Hello. How is everyone doing. So i am putting together the AOS package and here is what plan on sending:

 I-864EZ Coversheet (with barcode)

 Form I-864EZ (Signed and dated)

 2007 IRS Tax Transcript

 2008 IRS Tax Transcript

 2009 IRS Tax Transcript

 Pay stub(s) from March 7th, 2010 to October 14th, 2010

 Bank statement(s) from May 2010

I wrote my NVC case # on each and every paper. Am I missing anything else?

Did you staple EVERYTHING together? I put paperclips on each set of documents (ie. paystubs together, I-864 together, etc..) Just wondering how picky they are about this stuff...

Just wanted to check in with everyone and let you know that we are still around. Had to put things on hold for about a month because of my school. Sending off my wife's IV Fee payment on Thursday. So we can finish this process by January. Hope everyone is having no issues with NVC. Will update more later as we hear back from on the process with the NVC.

My husband was told by Greece authorities that he needed a letter from American Embassy showing that the Police Certificate is needed. Only then they will release it to him. mad.gifDo we get such a letter from the American Embassy or NVC?

Try with NVC - DOS print out for the need of PCC.

Else, NVC will email you the checklist for PCC after IV fee acceptance and you mail the IV package. It should be sufficient. But it will delay the process bit.
