As I posted yesterday (I guess)my case was completed by NVC. They expedited once payments were received. When do you think I'll have my interview date: Nov or Dec? I thought I'll have it on Oct (probably too soon) but if they expedited it suppose that should be handle promptly. It doesn't make any sense for me having the interview on Dec or later. It would take the same time with NVC or not?

Im a little confused with that Math. In Sep list there are cases with 708, however in Oct the last one is 704. There is no pattern! Mine is 729.

No worries. Here is the math.

708 in September created NVC Case# on July 27th

704 in October created NVC Case# on July 23rd

But 708 completed NVC very fast. 704 though entered NVC on July 23rd, they didn't finish NVC faster due to non-aggressiveness or RFE!

But you 729 was aggressive in NVC completion and you are early to mid November bird :star:

I'm gonna bet October, no later than 3rd week, as the Embassy wants to speed you along, and (IMO) will schedule you (no NVC involvement) because of that expedite. IMO, don't expect to 'be found' on the appointments web portal, at all. (This is OK, don't worry that)

Some homework for yer USC Spouse -

One thing you can check, at NVC - via callin -

--Are my namechecks complete, or no?

Give it a week, then call DoS Hotline, get a Human , ask for casefile status and appointment Date - THEY WILL KNOW FIRST, if Embassy not call you about this.
