Hey everybody!

I'm the beneficiary of K1 visa application. We applied a month ago, we received NOA1 and now we are waiting for NOA2. But just now i realized that in all our forms and letters to USCIS i mixed up my middle with my first name. In my country (Romania) we don't have such things as middle and first name, so i got them backwards. What should we do in this case?

Thank you!

You should contact USCIS ASAP to fix it as they are performing background check using the name you provide them.

Good luck on your journey

Thanks for the reply.

Did you call USCIS prior to sending your corrected G form? If not, what did you write on your envelope beside the USCIS address?

ok we called USCIS and they said we should send a letter explaining the mistake and a copy of any ID. that was easy :)

You could just wait and correct it at the interview. No matter what the other documents say, the visa will be issued exactly in the name as in your passport, Non-issue really.
