In 1990, an Alberta Highway Police officer along Canada-1 (Trans-Canada) near Turner Valley spotted on radar a car slowing down to 120 (which had been going 130 when it had entered the range of the radar). A pursuit was initiated and the officer noticed that the car (a Toyota Camry) sped-up to 206 in areas which allowed the driver to pass, and slowed down to 120 everywhere else. About to reach the Saskatchewan border, the officer radioed to RCMP to block entrance--whereupon the car finally came to a halt, and the driver--a blonde--got out. The officer asked her for her licence and registration--which she turned over and which showed an Eglington Av (Toronto) address--and then questioned her about her pattern of speed-up/slow-downs. She then pointed to some fine-print on the licence (at that time, a fold-out paper with the photo attached) which read "tear through the dotted line".

Toronto has an Eglinton Ave, but no Eglington Ave.

Not a very funny one.

It was yet another failed attempt by SaddleBronc to take cheap shot at TO ... as in, Toronto=home of the ditzy blonde.

It would help his cause if he could spell the street name correctly.

Incorrect conclusion--since I don't consider Pigtown as "ditzy blonde central". Reply after you've figured the difference between your invalid conclusion and "borrow-tweak-package-deal". ;)
