I'm curious how to know they conducted this study. In particular, what question did they ask? Did they ask men if they noticed the woman was wearing high heels or did they ask men which woman they found more attractive?

High-heels are like make-up. When tastefully done with class, you don't notice the high-heels or make-up. You notice that the girl looks good. Heels and make-up that draw attention to themselves make a girl look like a hooker.

Although, and this is something women should take note of, if you weigh 200+ lbs., don't worry about your shoes. Or make-up. Or anything else, for that matter. We really don't care if it "looks cute" because we don't notice that at all. We may even feel sorry for your shoes. Like the hero of men everywhere and NOMAAM co-founder Al Bundy used to say, "these shoes are like elevators... they have a weight limit."
