Mother in law and husbands brother to visit.

Hey guys, i am a us citizen and my husband is a permenant resident. We want to invite his mom and his brother to come and visit us and meet their grandson / nephew. I am sure that my mother in law will get approved for a tourist visa but im a little worried about his brother. he is 21 yrs old, unmarried.. What is the form i need to send them there is few different affidavits on the uscis website im not exacly sure which one i need. Also should I send them the affidavid or my husbands? Thanks for your help

He applies on his own merits. I lose track of who is in now, I presume he can not use the VWP.

The key to get approved for a visitor's visa is to show ties to the home country. They want to be sure that the applicant is coming back. By appearing in the picture you would do exactly the opposite: creating ties to the US instead of the home country and a possible reason for the applicant not to come back.

Wht is your husband's brother doing? I mean is he working or in school?

If he is working he can present letter from his work and showing he is taking a leave and will return back to his job, if in school then letter from school could be show that he is taking some time off and will come back to finish the degree.

he is working, he can deff show proof that he will return.. the only thing that worries me is if they go together on the same interview they might think that they are trying to immigrate since the whole fam would be here already, thats why i thought if i send him the affidavit and my husband sends his mom and they go on 2 separate interview.

That does not matter as far as I know, it matters on how stronly can he show that he would return back home.

You can show that all family is getting togeather for the event and that should be fine.
