I filed my AOS on the 1st of September.

It arrived on the 4th. Got my NOA 1 last week.

Got the Appointment letter for the biometrics today. The appointment itself is on the 1st of October.

Received our NOA1s today (two I-485 applications and two I-765 applications) :) They were dated September 17, 2010. I already updated our existing USCIS account.

Gust got Emails and text on my phone for the kid

Your USCIS application/petition has been received and routed to the National Benefits Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number MSC1035114923. With the official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) you may visit www.uscis.gov where you can check the status of your application using My Case Status. We suggest you wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status.

i guess the second time around papers took .. got my fingers crossed

Hi guy's Sent my AOS september 15, until now no response I attached G1145 form to notify me but I am now worried that it's been a week and still no hear from USCIS. Can we call the USCIS? how we will know if they receive it,?

We mailed ours September 9, it was received at the Chicago Lock Box on September 11...we're guessing they didn't get it till the following Monday, September 13. Got the e-mail and SMS notifications on September 17. Received the NOA1s the following Monday, September 20.

Give it a few more days. :)

Has anyone else found that their k-1 visa has been touched since submitting the AOS papers?

I got a touch on my EAD/AOS/AP on the 17th (Friday) and then on the 19th (Sunday) my k-1 was touched.

My K-1 was also touched on the 19th. I have no idea what is going on.... Has any of the you early september filers have recived emails about the Biometrics appointment??? I have not....

I still haven't received anything about the biometrics appointment. It's been two weeks since they assigned us a case. I would think we'd get it soon since the EAD has had a turn around time of a month. No touches on the cases though since the first so I'm guessing they're still pending.
