Hello,

Got a RFE letter for I-864 that I need to proof that my income was earned from a lawful source while I was legally authorized to work in US (i'm on J1 visa) and another RFE that says that the income of my wife not meet the minimums I guess it is because they didn't count my income cause they did not have proof that I was authorized to work in US.

I'm about to send the respone with all the proof documents, my question is if you think I need to submit only what asked in the RFE or should I send the all I-864 package again (new I-864, IRS transcripts, letter from employer etc...)

Thanks,

When I responded to my RFE for I-864 I only provided the evidence that was requested. I may have sent more evidence than was required to prove it but I did not send in a whole new package.
