I am a fan of that flight attendant. Having personally flown over 1.5 million miles, domestically and overseas, mostly for work, I can appreciate his "exit" after 20 years of taking the major bullshite from no good passengers. People suck when travelling; and I am sure we have all seen disrespect to flight attendants at some point or another in our travels. Who among us would not revolt at some point? He lasted 20 years in the domestic flight arena, seriously? Most flight attendants strive for international flights, given the substantially increased income. This person chose to remain domestic, which is the least paying and most grief getting option.

Ok, he "broke the law", if there is one for his offense. I am sure the DA will drum up something to satisfy the others. In fact, already done...

like you i've also done the +2M domestic/international air miles routine for work. I've seen more stupid/obnoxious/rude behavior from passengers with the entitlement mentality than I want to remember.

Just curious - where the heck was the heavily armed "air marshal" on that flight during all that ruckus?

I'm guessing that was one flight without an air marshal.
