On form DS-156k..there are documents that must be attatched in order to apply for a Fiancee Non-Immigration visa. One of them is Evidence of Engagement to Fiancee. What form of evidence is the consulate looking for? We are going through the Frankfurt consulate and we are gathering all the documents required to mail back. If anyone has any information regarding this based on past experiences, it would be much apreciated to share with us. Thank you so much.

I have my interview on wednesday. I have ready: emails, print screens of emails list, itineraries, passport stamps, boarding passes, engagement ring receipt (and of course i have the ring on my finger), pictures.

From that what can proof in a concrete manner the engagement? : ring and ring receipt, emails where the engagement is mentioned or the fiance(e) new status and pictures of the engagement day

But what they actually ask for is proof of ongoing relationship etc isn't that focused on see proofs of engagement even though is written.

Have good luck and best wishes!!!

It's the letter of intent.. there's an example in the "example forms" here on VJ.

Basically it's a letter saying something like "I, xxx, intend to marry xxx within 90 days of her arrival into the US". The example form's has the full version
