In my case her first name was missing an 'L' at the end. I called and they fixed the problem.

Mine has unknown for the country. Hmmmmm. Funny, when I called asking them to add a missing letter on her first name, before I hangedup, I asked them to change the country from unknown to phil. and the lady told once the system gets a submit, they cannot a do second change/modification. I have to wait 30 to make other changes. Strange eh? ....but hey..it is their system.

I am the beneficiary in my case, and my middle name isn't listed either. My country is, though. I'm not sure the middle name is that important.

I sent my package via FedEX overnight and it was received Monday. I've seen a lot of people get their NOA1 via email within a few days and I haven't got anything yet.

Would FedEX have delivered it correctly with this address printed? It wouldn't fit in the first field :/

I got my NOA1!

Although in the email it says "Your USCIS application/petition has been received and routed to the California Service Center for processing."

But they're supposed to be processing them in Dallas now!

No, Texas is doing the intake and processing the payment, but the USCIS Service Centers in Vermont and California are still the ones who are going to be reviewing and approving your petition.

My beneficiary's middle name is not listed either and also her country is unknown. I know country unknown is common and didn't think middle name was a big deal....It has her first and last name. Hmm, might have to look into this further... :) Tell me what you find out prettysunshine.

Hi LongRX7,

Sorry for late reply. Finally, my fiance contacted the customer service to fix the typographical errors. He asked whether these errors would impact the process but the lady didn't answer his query. She only mentioned the errors would be corrected in 30 days. I think it is worthwhile to make the call and fix the problems. He told me the process was relatively painless and it didn't take him long to get assistance. Hope it helps.

Cheers

So it's officially September you guys. Some of us are coming right up on the one month anniversary of sending off the I-129F. Mines in 2 days! Does anyone else feel like this month has absolutely flown by? Or is it just me? I'm hoping the next couple of months fly by as well but in the mean time its kind of exciting to me to see the month change. It means we're really making progress! :)
