It's been almost a week since I received my NOA1 but i still cant check my case status on USCIS website. It says:

"Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283."

Is this normal?

Thank u all for your responses!

Ok, now it's been almost two weeks since i received NOA1 hard copies and I AM STILL NOT ABLE TO CHECK MY CASE STATUS ON-LINE. :bonk:

shall i be concerned?????

As long as you have NOA1, you know they have your case. We went through the whole I-129F process without being able to see our case online until it was approved. Sometimes they forget to input right away. Hopefully when they start doing things like the biometrics letter, it will show up on the website. Did you sign up for email and/or text updates?

I filed on May 3rd 2010. We received biometrics, EAD authorization, and even our interview appointment date in the real mail, but so far, I-485 and I-130 still have NOT been touched online!

Don't fret - I think updating the online status of accounts is a side-thought when processing your application. Ours seems to be progressing perfectly normal (we received an EAD card and will attend the interview next week) and yet still have no online updates.

:)

AOS - Adjusting from F-1 student visa via marriage:

03 May 2010 - Sent I-130, I-485, I-765

05 May 2010 - Delivered (USPS tracking confirmed)

10 May 2010 - Checks cashed (goodbye $1365)

14 May 2010 - 3 receipts received (I-130, I-485, I-765) via USPS (I-797C NOA)

01 Jun 2010 - Biometrics appt notification received for 16 June 2010

07 Jun 2010 - Successful biometrics walk-in (SLC, UT Support Center)

30 Jun 2010 - Notification that first biometrics appt didn't provide good fingerprints, scheduled another appt

02 Jul 2010 - 2nd successful biometrics walk-in (SLC, UT Support Center)

14 Jul 2010 - EAD card production ordered! (I-765 finally touched, no touches on other forms yet)

20 Jul 2010 - Interview appointment notification for 20 Aug 2010!

20 Aug 2010 - AOS interview, Salt Lake City (APPROVED, and incredibly friendly/easy!)

31 Aug 2010 - Green card arrived in mail

Removing Conditions:

24 May 2012 - Sent I-751 w/ evidence to USCIS - CA Service Center.

26 May 2012 - I-751 package delivered (USPS tracking confirmed)

15 Jun 2012 - I-751 NOA-1 received via USPS (dated 29 May 2012)

11 Jul 2012 - I-751 biometrics completed (Salt Lake City USCIS office)

7 Feb 2013 - I-751 approval letter received (dated 5 Feb 2013)

8 Feb 2013 - Permanent green card received in mail (condition free!)
