The (illegal) alien is pictured below:

On Sunday, Prince William County police arrested Carlos A. Martinelly Montano, 23, after he slammed head on into a car in which three Benedictine nuns were traveling. Sister Denise Mosier was killed instantly, her two companions were taken by helicopter to the hospital where they both remain in critical condition.

Montano was charged with DUI and involuntary manslaughter.

This is actually Montano's third DUI arrest in Prince William County over the last five years. At the time of the crash, the illegal alien was free on bond while awaiting deportation proceedings.

Montano is currently being held without bond at the Prince William-Manassas regional jail.

A list of a of few Montano's offenses follows:

- April 2009…he was arrested for driving without a license and convicted in June.

-October 2008…he was stopped for driving 55 in a 35 mph zone, and was found to have a .17 blood alcohol level. Montano was sentenced to three years probation and his driver's license was suspended.

-December 2007…he was arrested for being drunk in public.

-July 2007…he was charged with DUI and convicted later that same year.

Though Immigration and Customs enforcement ordered Montano to be deported in March 2009, he continued to have run-ins with the law, and remained free.

According to spokesman Jonathan Perok, Prince William County Police notified ICE after both his first and second DUI arrests. The department is now investigating how the illegal alien was able to obtain a valid driver's license.

Corey Stewart, chairman of the Prince William Board of Supervisors, issued the following statement on the case: "The despicable thing is that this criminal was … handed over to ICE twice, and released by ICE twice. He's gone out an killed a nun. That's a perfect example of what's wrong with immigration enforcement in this country. The blame is on representatives in Congress for being so flaccid on the issue, and they continue not to fund the deportation of illegal immigrants in this country."

This case is a tragic example of how the federal government has abandoned their duty to all of us. How many more innocent Americans have to die before either the feds do their job and enforce immigration laws, or the states ignore Obama's meddling and do it for themselves?

Barack Obama and Janet Napolitano are just as responsible, through their inaction, for the death of Sister Denise Mosier as is the illegal alien who smashed into her.

so that's what obama's last poo looks like.

Y'know what's funny is that I don't like Obama as much as you don't. Because he hasn't been liberal enough for me. I was promised Hope, dammit. Instead I get the same ol' middle of the road ######.

I think this means that hell will freeze over soon because conservatives and liberals might agree on something.

Hang 'em by the nads and be done with it.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

A nun's death is a small price to pay to protect "immigrant rights".

"Credibility in immigration policy can be summed up in one sentence: Those who should get in, get in; those who should be kept out, are kept out; and those who should not be here will be required to leave."

"...for the system to be credible, people actually have to be deported at the end of the process."

US Congresswoman Barbara Jordan (D-TX)

Testimony to the House Immigration Subcommittee, February 24, 1995

Ah yes, hope.. such a simple word.

And yet the whole country seemed to be in an obama trance over 'hope' back then.

Or maybe that's because I live in massachusetts..
