I read somewhere that you could just let know the person who will interview you at the embassy and they can correct anything for you... I was wondering the same thing because I left dates blank, in questions like Have you ever been to the USA? and since I havent, I left it blank, now I wonder if I should have put N/A .... even tho there was not much space to type that lol but I'm worried now

No need to worry about the spaces left blank just in the future on all docs put N/A for questions that dont apply to you....Also even if you did print and generate the barcode I believe you should be able to redo the form a second time and just take the most recent doc with the most recent barcode with you they should have it as well....just my thoughts ....GOOD LUCK!!!

Agreed you don't have to worry about that just re do another form and print, I did the same thing and re did mine wit new bar code and it was fine. and if you typed it on pc you can fill in those bits with black pen but looks neater if you type it. Can be redone don't stress. It hasn't gone through anywhere when you get that bar code so it's all good. We all make mistakes hey
