She is requesting it for herself. So she's the one who need to fill out form I-485, i-765 and I-131. Petitioner needs to fill out form I-864. To make sure everything is correct, you might want to help her in filing out the forms too.

Adjustment of Status

May 4, 2010 - Date Filed I-485,I-765,I-131

May 11, 2010 - NOA for I-485,I-765,I-131 May 17, 2010 - Biometrics appointment received in the mail

May 24, 2010 - Walk-in Biometrics successful (ASC Michigan City, IN)

June 1, 2010 - Case transferred to CSC

July 14, 2010 - EAD approved, for card production

July 19, 2010 - Received AP in the mail

July 21, 2010 - I-485 GC approved, for card production

July 26, 2010 - Welcome letter received

July 28, 2010 - EAD card received

July 31, 2010 - Greencard received

Removal of Conditions

May 7, 2012 - Date Filed I-751

May 9, 2012 - Date of NOA!

Both comments here are either wrong or misleading. There is no "beneficiary" and no "petitioner" in the AOS part of the process, that was only for the K1. For the AOS part it's APPLICANT (i.e. immigrant) and SPONSOR (USC spouse in most cases).

If you're referring to guides here on VJ, then yes, they're using the K1s "petitioner" (USC who PETITIONED the immigrant) and "beneficiary" (who BENEFITS from the petition).

The USC spouse is irrelevant to the AOS process in terms of completing the paperwork, except to provide their sponsorship documents (I-864), attend interview (if there is one) and other proof of co-mingling. They're the sponsor and without them the petitioner (immigrant) will not get a GC.
