Hi helpful people finally my package is in Nairobi now, I have question for affidavit of support. I don't have W2 form or tax transcript the only thing I have is pay stubs and letter shows the day I start the job and how much I earn I became fulltime employee earlier this year. Does the consular accept pay stubs as proof?

I am not sure about this, I am thinking no but why can't you get transcripts? Just call the IRS. I would get these just so they do not give you any kind of issue, good luck with the interview!!!

Since you became a full-time employee earlier this year, did you not file income tax for at least the previous 3 years?

Yea I didn't filed tax income last year.

You will have to back file taxes, or include a letter stating why you were not required to file taxes.
