They got her birthday wrong. I'm filling out the I-90 and checking box D. They're asking to send in the card and everything. On the form it asks us if she will need special accommodations because of a disability. She doesn't have a disability at all, but it's making me wonder if they're going to call us in again (please, not again) to the consulate for another interview. We've already taken quite a few trips there and it's not a short one for us. Please... no more.

It's unlikely. Typically they would just send you a new card as long as you show proof of the correct information. Remember to scan/photocopy the card you have now as a precaution
