It won't, trust me! Mine was 7/9/2010 for 100 years then last Wed it slapped me in the face like a glass of ice water: 11/17/2010. It was beautiful.

09/12/2011 - EAD received!

09/21/2011 - AOS Interview-APROVED ON THE SPOT/email notice: GC productionn ordered, approval notice sent

09/26/2011 - AOS Approval Notice/Welcome Notice received!

09/30/2011 - Got my GC in the mail today!

I just called NVC to see if maybe they received our file and they did, today. So even though USCIS hasn't told me yet, we are approved!!! WOO HOOO :dance: :dance::dance:

June 1st, 2010 : NoA1

June 7th, 2010 : Touch

October 19th, 2010: Touch

October 20th, 2010: NoA2! (141 days)

November 8th, 2010: Received Packet 3 from Montreal

November 10th, 2010: Sent Packet 3 back to Montreal

November 25th: Received Packet 4 & Scheduled interview!

March 8th, 2011: Interview in Montreal - Approved!

April 30th, 2011: Move to CA

May 6th, 2011: Married <3

May 31st, 2011: Filed AOS

June 6th, 2011: NoA1

June 13th, 2011: Received Notice for Biometrics

July 7th, 2011: Biometrics

August 22, 2011: AOS Interview - Approved!

August 29th, 2011: Greencard in hand!

APPROVED!!!!!!

I just called NVC to see if maybe they received our file and they did, today. So even though USCIS hasn't told me yet, we are approved!!! WOO HOOO :dance: :dance::dance:

wow, and at nvc, AND you got through, lol, i've been trying to call all day and had nothing but busy signals, yay for free long distance cause i've called over 60 times already, lol

Yeah, I called repeatedly. I called probably 50 times and got thru 3 times. The first time I didn't know I was going to have to speak with someone and I hung up, the second time Skype disconnected, the third time I got in and waited 20 minutes on hold.

Just call over and over again.

Yeah, I called repeatedly. I called probably 50 times and got thru 3 times. The first time I didn't know I was going to have to speak with someone and I hung up, the second time Skype disconnected, the third time I got in and waited 20 minutes on hold.

Just call over and over again.

just finally got through :)

just got all irritated and kept hanging up redialing over and over, about 7th time it went through and i almost hung up anyways by accident, lol

now just gotta do the 20 mins of hold time, but got speaker phone and they have loud hold music, so good to go :)
