Yes, mostly on that Tuesday Oct 5th. But not too far... If it is delayed, then by the end of next week - Oct 8th.

Did you get PCC (Police Clearance Certificates) for NVC steps?

yes i asked someone who was approved recently from morocco, and he told that his wife brought all the documents with her including the pcc, and she didn't file until after 5 months.

i brought it with me when i came from morocco in july. do i need to get anything else beside the pcc, letter from employer, tax transcript for last three years. do i need anything else?

Form 230 has to be filled in by beneficiary! 1st part signed and 2nd part unsigned, it will be done during the interview I filled it in several days ago hehe

The part 1 of the DS-230 has to be signed by the immigrant visa applicant - which is the beneficiary.
