I met my fiancee when i was separated from my x for 9 months. Should i mention this in our story?

I don't see why...I had been separated from my ex-husband for just under 2 years when me and my fiance met. I'm not sure if Indonesia is a high-fraud country in which a detailed explanation of your relationship would help you. That's the only reason it might matter, but your regional forum would be more helpful with that. But as long as you're now free to marry (ie. your marriage ended in divorce or annulment), you should be fine.

Met: December 2009

Married: April 2015

Received CR-1 visa: February 2017

POE (as IR-1): April 2017

Oath ceremony: November 2020

Hi

i dont think it is an issue and if they ask you about it you only have to say the true.

you only need to prove that you both are free to get marry, and have been together at least one time in the las 2 years. and show strong evidences of good faith like call logs, for example.
