We are in a mad rush to refile our AOS papers all we need is the copy of the medical from the civil surgeon.

He says my husband needs his MMR again, but I don't think so...

Isn't it fine to submit the medical results from less than one year to USCIS (signed and sealed of course)?

Maybe the doctor is looking to make more money... :innocent:

He had one 2 months ago. Isn't the same medical he had then (2 months back) valid accd. to USCIS for AOS filing?

Yes but if he's only had one, then he MIGHT need another. if you read the recommendations, it says one OR two doses. I've had two.
