I've heard of a lot of people trying but haven't heard of any successful ones. I think you have to show you have gone your whole life without ever having had any vaccination - ever - plus show the religious documentation stating vaccinations are not allowed in order to succeed on that one. I do know some religious orders don't agree with vaccination but I don't believe anyone from one of them has posted here in the forum. It is harder to prove the philosophical grounds. The only waivers I have seen succeed are ones which are health related - severe allergies to the medium carrying the vaccine, things like that.

If you feel like hiring a good lawyer you might be able to find some way that you can get around it. But I doubt it. Immigration is a privilege. Having all those shots is part of meeting the requirements for the privilege. If you are hard set against it then I think the USC will have to move to live with you because no one has gotten around it so far.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

I was thinking about it because i'm pretty much against vaccins (i'm a health professional). I saw there was a form to file if you want to have a waiver for it. And i think it cost something like 500$, something around that. That's why i forgot that idea and finally decided to still get the vaccins....

Yea the cost is $545 USD. And if they refuse you after you submit it, you don't get the money back :(

I've received the letter from USCIS says: If you're seeking for a waiver, pls submit form I-601 along with evidece of eligibility..

But what's "eligibility" for my moral convictions? I've already sent the explanation letter with my other documents for AOS: I believe that vaccine contains poison ( formaldehyde, plumbum and etc. ) and may be harmful for human.. I do not know more explanations and how can I prove my moral convictions.. ???

And there is NO guarantee that they will approve even form I-601?

How can attorney help with this exemption ?

My guess here, and it's just a guess, is that they want it to be a religious reason. The reason I'm thinking that is in some US states, parents can sign a vaccination waiver for their kids going to school based on religious reasons. This is certainly something you'll want to know for sure, rather than file paper work on an assumption.

Totally agree on the vaccination concerns that you've mentioned.

Wish I could be more helpful.
