USPS or FEDEX???

hi! we're gonna send our packet this week.. just wanna know if we should it via USPA or FEDEX?? thanks ^^

It's up to you. I used FedEx, but a lot of people use USPS.

None is really "more safe" than the other.

USPS express package with signature required is the simplest option. You have government proof that it was received. About $20.

Both USPS and FedEx are good. But aren't there different addresses to send your I-129 packet to depending on which carrier you use?

Also, if you ever send anything to the Philippines, do not send it via USPS. The USPS turns over your package to the Philippines Post Office once your package arrives in the Philippines. We all know what that means! Instead, use FedEx or DHL.

I used Fed Ex 2 Day Air, got to California Service Center from Illinois in 1 day.

Anyways it really doesn't matter which courier you use. Just make sure you get service with some type of delivery confirmation.

UPS, FexEx and the USPS are all reliable and will get your package to the USCIS without any issues. I personally used UPS because I use them for my business.

All I can say is that one tends to loose faith in the government after going through these crazy K1 and AOS processes....

Where does it say not to use FedEx? I read the instructions several times and never saw this. Anyways many people on the board have used FedEx without any problems. As I said before its just personal preference
