hello everyone,i sent my ds-230 with other requested doc on 14th of june 10 and was told it was recieve.called them on 15th but the operator said it has not been recieved.

anyway just want to know how long it will take to get interview date.

Dami, it depends on if there are any checklist letter's generated for your file (meaning they request more information from you). If not, you could expect your case to be closed in about 8-10 business days AFTER NVC shows all your documents as being received. Then, depending on when your case closes, you will hopefully get an interview date scheduled anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month after the closed date. The actual interview date will probably be 1.5 to 2 months later.

Dami, it depends on if there are any checklist letter's generated for your file (meaning they request more information from you). If not, you could expect your case to be closed in about 8-10 business days AFTER NVC shows all your documents as being received. Then, depending on when your case closes, you will hopefully get an interview date scheduled anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month after the closed date. The actual interview date will probably be 1.5 to 2 months later.

thanks to you all for your responses.well its just 7 working days now they docs was recieved but still not on the system.hope it will be cleared soon as i cant wait for the interview to be over.this stage is just the fearfull one.lol
