I am being confused by G325A form issue. Some said about 4 copies while all i see both on USCIS and VJ, it only contains 2 pages which only one need tobe signed after we fill out the form with our answers. So which G-325A is valid?.

You have to make 4 exact copies of the two page G325A

the person above me is completely WRONG!

The old version of the form had 4 copies. You only need to hand over 1 copy, that's why there's only one copy of it now. Trust me when I say you won't have any problems.

Just follow the Guides, or my AOS thread located in my signature.

Good luck.

Just to re-iterate... completely WRONG. Not only do you not need 4 copies of the form, even if you did, the instructions page (page 2) would not have been included in the copy making process.. you never send form instructions with a form....

We all make mistakes :(

My apologies...

As the disclaimer on the frontpage says, " As always, we encourage our members to seek a qualified immigration attorney as this site is no substitute for the valuable help and advice a good attorney can provide!"

While an attorney may not be necessary, it is important to take everything here with a grain of salt and back it up with your own independent research.
