My date is also June 25th!! Good luck to you!

Assuming we both have no problems, we should get through the first stage at the same time!!

Also the best of luck to you on your application.

For three months I have seen the same message on the uscis dashboard, why does it take so long, after all I am already a us citizen, they should be able to use their consulate in the other country (UK) to run the relevant checks on my partner, My partner ran the police check and had the reply in around two weeks. I get so wound up thinking about it. :huh2:

Looking at this page it look like the June processing time is around 100 days, so I am only 3 days away, I don't believe that for a moment  , I think it will take a minimum of at least one month but probably more like two and a half months more. :crying:

I don't know... I think you might get approved faster than me because the lawyer that I hired told me the wrong information. She said filing a K3 will not slow down the I130 but Darnell said it would. If that is the case, I filed the K3 two month after which means it would also push my I130 back 2 month...

I don't see 100 days...I see CSC processing at 158 days. About 4-5 days more than what they tell everyone it takes, 5 months.

I agree with you Amber..."impatiently patiently" waiting...ughhh!! Nevertheless, hang in there everyone, I do feel like we are all soooo close...

I was wondering though, if I should have my husband start getting his police cert (in Nigeria it expires after 3 months)...or should we wait until NOA2 approval? I'm just afraid that it will expire before we hear anything, then we would have to get another.

I am in noooooo way an expert in this arena but I have noticed it usually takes around 7 months from start to finish of this process, so I would say wait a couple of weeks then go for it and get the police cert. but again I would say I AM IN NOOOOO WAY AN EXPERT, and please feel free to correct me should anyone feel I am amiss in my information! Good luck and may God shine down his blessing upon us all!!!
