I wrote my maiden name on the back of all my photos in pen. I realized the mistake, and rewrote my married name over the pen with permanent marker. Hmmm, is this ok, or should I run out and take more photos....

Is it legible? Does the pen bleed through the front? If it is legible, you should be ok, as long as the pen didn't bleed through to the front.

nothing bled....its just black permanent marker written over red pen....you can see the name that you should see, just wanted to know if it was a big deal or not. thanks!!

So, you can't see the red pen underneath it? Well, it would only take you an hour to get some new photos right? Apposed to waiting 3 months and getting an RFE for new photos and then having to wait some more. If you are the non USC, this might be better for you to do. If you are the USC, they don't care as much about your mistakes since the petition is for the foreigner.

I'm the USC....but think I will take new photos on the way to the post office!! LOL thanks alot!
