Hi-

I just got an email from CSC Center that I just got an RFE on my NOA2 for the I-129 Visa. I don't know why!! My fiance is Australian we meet while I was in grad school and have been together over a year. I sent in everything they needed, photos, airline tixs, emails, letters etc and still RFE. Its 12am on the west coast so I can't call to find out more. It this normal? do most people get a RFE, why do you think I have gotten one?

Thanks!

ya, is email notification that they're sending you an RFE.

You will have to WAIT until you receive the RFE via postal mail, to know exactly what it is.

Some ppl have interesting results when trying to badger any USCIS 'visa officer' over the phone - sometimes they are told the contents of the RFE, most of the time not.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Yes, you have to wait. Perhaps you missed something when filing out the form, maybe they need some documentation. You won't know until you get the actual piece of paper.

Sorry, this is not an easy process. We got an RFE too and it was about 2 weeks before we got the paper saying what we had to send in

Good luck
