If you need a sponser because your income does not meet the requirement who can do this? Do they have to live in the same house? Do they have to be one of my family memebers? whos address do i put my address or the sponser address?

You should fix your profile. People often compose answers to questions based on the information they see in the OP's profile.

Consulates have a lot of discretion with affidavits of support for K visas. Some consulates seem to prefer a family member as a co-sponsor. Some consulates are reluctant to accept any co-sponsor for a K visa. However, the general rule is that any US citizen or LPR living in the United States can be a co-sponsor.

If you are the petitioner then you are still the primary sponsor, even if you're income isn't sufficient to qualify. Both the primary sponsor and the co-sponsor will complete an affidavit of support. Each would put their own address on their own affidavit, of course.
