I shall be getting married in India by Oct. of this year. She is an Indian citizen .I am US Citizen as well as OCI (Dual Citizenship). Is this possible to bring my would be spouse along with me on Visitor Visa and later file for I-130 or some other suitable petition for the GC?

Just tell the consulate exactly what your plans are (as described here) and you will see how her chances of a visitor visa will vanish...

YMMV

It's best to wait out the processing time outside of the US. I do believe the chances of obtaining a visiting visa are less if you've already filed a CR1 petition for your spouse

Go to profile & see "Our Story" section for entire Immigration history

Thanks for that information.

What's the way (Standard way) rather then any short cut way ,to bring her here and what's the approx. time frame?

The best strategy for you is this:

1. Get married

2. Apply for a CR-1 Visa.

She will be within the US within 9 months.

The rejection rates for tourist visa are around 20%, while for CR-1 visas, its about 1%.

Hi

Your best choice is go through CR1 Path. At POE if you tell to the officer your plans he wont let you get in. And is not legal if you say that she is only visiting you but her real intention is to get in to immigrate it can be dangerous and her AOS could be rejected
