I loved it (even though I was all by myself!) I thought how great it was seeing all these Canadians together, and it felt so private, you had to be on the guest list. Ooh la la!

I'm from South Jersey... so it's a 3 hour drive and not really all that close... but oh so worth it. :P

I hang out with Canadians that I have met on this board... two who no longer post here though... but we're still chatty on zee facebook.

It's funny I moved down here but I yearn to meet other Canadians... maybe because no one can really understand what you've gone through or what you miss except.. other Canucks.

So true! I'm 10 minutes outside of the city (live and work). I despise the traffic with a passion, but at the end of the day, I get over it!

I love meeting fellow Canadians, I like it when people ask me about it too. Weird? Hmm, maybe not.

I met someone on VJ too, we did our medicals together and our interviews in MTL were only a day apart so we drove and hoteled together. So fun! She lives in Tennessee now...so far away!

Booooooo all the cool kids will be at the Canada Day in Los Angeles. We're going to this really cool restaurant in Redondo Beach. It's a holiday for me because I get to wear my Habs jersey and my wife lets me pretend to be jean-claude :rofl:
