If your check is cashed, take the case number printed on its back and create an account at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/displayAddCaseCustomer.do

You'll see what is going on with your case then.

and yes you will also get it in the mail, just give it a few weeks.

Good luck.

the NOA1 is a singularly useless document and means nothing. it is a receipt. Your delivery confirmation (you DID use delivery confirmation, correct?) and your cashed personal check (you DID use a persoanl check so you can track it and get the case number, correct?) are all you need. The NOA1 will tell you nothing you don't already know. After you open it and read it, you can throw it away if you want. You will never need it again. Keep the case number from the back of your check.

Yes friends Thanks first for ur quick responses but the problem is we used the money order thats how there is no chance to get the receipt number tracking the check also the delivery for the whole package was normal way not requesting notification de reception. I think all I can do now is waiting thats it!!!!

Suggest you call USCIS and inquire if the packet was received.

It sucks that you did not use tracking on the package.

It sucks that you did not buy money order from company that allows you to track when cashed.

Did make copy of I-129F form? Check the address on it, see if the USC petitioner still lives there?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
